Quick checks for notifications, location and live bus information.

Notifications do not appear

Open iOS Settings, select Notifications, then BusBell SG, and turn on Allow Notifications. Reopen the app and confirm that the reminder is enabled.

The map does not show my location

Tap the location control in the map, then approve location access. You can also choose a stop without sharing location by moving the map or searching manually.

Live arrivals are missing

Confirm that your device is online, then retry. Live arrival updates refresh only while the app is open. LTA DataMall or the BusBell SG API may occasionally be unavailable; check Service Status.

An alert seems delayed

iOS controls notification delivery and may delay alerts in Focus mode, Low Power Mode or after notification settings change. Bus arrival estimates can also change with traffic.
